- Contact Heritage Hotels & Resorts within 24 hours of booking your room with us by completing the required information in the Best Internet Rate Guarantee Claim Form.
- The same room type you reserved on our website must be publicly available and bookable on the Internet at the time of verification by Heritage Hotels and Resorts.
- Upon its verification of your claim by Heritage Hotels & Resorts that a Lower Best Available Rate is available and bookable via another website for that specific room type, for the dates booked, Heritage Hotels & Resorts will honor that rate for the nights for which the lower rate was found, plus give you an additional 10% discount for every night for which the lower rate was found.
