All of the reception and restaurant staff we encountered were of exceptionally high caliber. They were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, courteous and also extremely professional and efficient- outstanding! They made our stay exceptionally great! Thank you to all at the hotel for a fabulous stay!

Meeting Planner and Attendees Comments

We held our annual Cuban/Haitian Entrant Program (CHEP) Conference in your hotel on August 23-27, 2010 and I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know what a tremendous role your employee, Christen Hadley, had in the success of the conference. All of our attendees were extremely pleased with the hotel and with the meeting room, food and beverages, etc. We were also extremely pleased with the excellent service we received from Christen in particular. While planning for the conference, Christen worked tirelessly with us to ensure that all the details were taken care of and although we only had about two weeks to prepare for it, she did such a wonderful job that the conference turned out as if we had been working together for months. She went above and beyond her duties even providing us with her cellular phone number in case we needed to contact her while she was on vacation and she made a point to come over and introduce herself and her coworker once we arrived at the hotel to make us feel welcome and to let us know that should we need anything, she was there to help us.

We could not have asked for a better location in Albuquerque for our meeting than the Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town and despite the fact that this was her first conference, we could not have asked for a better conference manager than Christen. Thank you for everything and we look forward to possibly working with you again in the future should our conference be held in Albuquerque once more.
