The folks at the front desk were excellent, very helpful and the cool towels were
a magnificent bonus. The restaurant was fabulous, our waiter was fabulous. I went
with his recommendation and we told our family that we are connecting here to eat.

Kevin did an excellent job taking care of us by the pool and the dining room.
Aaron greeted us and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. We'd come
back here to stay & will recommend to others the same!
Adrian Montoya makes us feel this is his house, and he has other guests and we
are his favorite. He is incredible. The housekeepers showed us such extraordinary
kindness. This has been our most incredibly wonderful stay to date, there is one
other place that approaches the level of kindness service and hospitality but
it's way too expensive. You are way ahead of the game. We are so grateful. Pat
on the back all around.

The Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town is a hidden jewel. We continue to come back

My purpose is writing o you is to thank you and your outstanding staff for thier professional skills, their human touch, their enthusiasm, and their standards of excellence......It is simply not possible to compliment them enough on their 'can do' attitudes. the ease with which we were able to pull off this out-of-box event was directly attibuable to your staff. Our family was there for the live and learn conference last month. I just wanted
to let you know how helpful and kind the employees were to us. Every single one that
we asked for help whether it was directions or extra cream cheese, or whatever,
they always had a smile and were very willing to do what they could for us. I know
it was a lot of kids running around for you all, but we so appreciate you having
us there, and being so accommodating.
