Albuquerque's tantalizing restaurantsAs New Mexico’s largest city, Albuquerque boasts a wide variety of restaurants and cuisines. From casual dining, including a growing food truck industry, to fine dining, there is a restaurant in Albuquerque for every taste. Of course, New Mexican food prevails and the state question “Red or Green?” will be asked for just about everything from eggs to enchiladas.
