Wonderful Pet Friendly HotelSave Review5 of 5 stars

We were traveling out west with our little Boston Terrier this summer and picked the Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces out of the AAA Pet-Friendly Travel Guide without any other knowledge of the hotel. We were more than pleasantly surprised by the hotel and its friendly staff. Since we were traveling with a pet, we had to stay on the ground floor (next to the pool, which wasn't a problem at all). The room we were given was very nice, although there was an issue with the AC, but the hotel staff provided us with a fan that worked nicely for the one night we were there. The food at the hotel's restaurant is excellent--I recommend the chili-rubbed filet mignon for dinner. And you get a complimentary breakfast coupon for your stay--which includes an omelet bar. We got some bang for our buck here, considering our stay was only $10 more than the previous night's in a crappy LaQuinta.

Love this hotel

5 of 5 starsThis hotel is fantastic! Its very elegant and quite nice. This is my second time staying and needless to say I won't stay any where but here! I love this fantastic, friendly place. There is a club located down stairs away from the rooms that is hoppin! We had so much fun and didn't even have to step foot out of the hotel. The restaurant inside the hotel is good as well. A little pricey but worth it. I highly recommend staying here to anyone!!!!

Rivals Disneys level of Service

Every interface with every employee of this facility from your check in at the front desk to your encounters with the waite and housekeeping staff provides a warm receptive environment that I have only encountered in Disney resorts. I have stayed here four times and each time I am here I enjoy myself. The food is great and you cant say that about Disney. I dont work very many places where I say "I've got to bring my family here." but I've got to bring my family here. Good job Encanto !

Thanks for saving us!

Traveled to Las Cruces for a college softball tournament, excited to see our daughter and her team who were staying at the same hotel, when on checking in discovered that I had accidentally made our reservations for DECEMBER not FEBRUARY (I did it on line). Justin at the front desk was wonderful! He was sympathetic, solution oriented, and even helped us laugh at the situation. The hotel was almost to capacity, yet he found us a room, honored our pricing and started our weekend off wonderfully! The whole staff was friendly and professional, the hotel is beautiful and well appointed, the breakfast buffet was yummy. We highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

Meeting & Event Planner and Attendees Comments

Dear James,
On behalf of Sapphire Energy, Inc., I wanted to thank you and the entire Hotel Encanto staff for the excellent service you provided during our visit to Las Cruces for the week of July 12. Your staff went above and beyond for us, from the welcome packages in our rooms, to providing the use of your van for our transportation needs, to providing the meeting room for us for an additional day. The overall experience was wonderful, and we are very happy to have developed such a great working relationship with you. Our Executive Staff and Board of Directors were very impressed with the service we received, and our President, CJ Warner, in particular expressed her pleasure with how well everything was run and how well your staff treated us. You truly went above and beyond. I look forward to our next visit, and to doing business with Hotel Encanto in the future.

James, Amy, Chris, Helga,
I wanted to express my thanks to you on behalf of New Mexico Spaceport Authority Chairman, Fred Mondragón, and Executive Director Steve Landeene, for your continued support of various Spaceport America functions and events at Hotel Encanto. You and the entire Hotel Encanto staff have been exceedingly helpful, attentive, and accommodating of our needs while demonstrating customer service excellence and providing a welcoming and business-conducive environment for our staff and guests on every occasion. Your organization has handled our short-notice, high-expectation style with ease and grace, for which we are extremely appreciative. Our event last night (as well as in Aug. and Nov.) was a resounding success due to your effort and creativity.Let me not forget to also recognize, of course, the wonderful impression of New Mexico you leave with the leaders in the commercial space industry during the ISPCS conference each year. We will certainly continue to encourage our guests to patron your establishment whenever possible. It has been a pleasure working with you in 2009, and I look forward to growing our relationship in 2010 and beyond. Warm Wishes and Happy Holidays

Hi James,
Our entire eight person Aerojet team, which included two Vice Presidents and our Business Development Director very much enjoyed the proceedings of the ISPCS Symposium and the hospitality receptions last week where we were able to meet with local people and talk about our company and plans for a greater presence in New Mexico. We wish to thank you for helping us with the opportunity to learn more about Aerospace and related technologies existing and emerging in Southern New Mexico. We were very gratified by the numbers of local officials and representatives that attended and the discussion of possibilities for our company in the area. Our team members appreciated your magnificent hotel facilities and the gracious way in which your staff made everyone feel comfortable. Please accept my personal thanks for a job well done. The hospitality receptions organized by Les and Fred at MVEDA and held in your facilities were valuable, met expectations, and more. We look forward to more specific discussions with people associated with the University and Las Cruces. Once again, we thank you for your interest in our company and for your help in assessing interesting possibilities. Best regards,
