Dear Susan, Thank you for taking such good care of us during our recent stay in Las Cruces. When Connie offered to help us find a room, we certainly didn't expect any favors. what a pleasant surprise to get such wonderful accomodations and such special treatment. The hotel has undergone a marvelous transformation since our last stay several years ago. The staff was courteous, professional and attentive. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Thanks for your hospitality!

I just wanted to send a public note to thank Ms. Leah Graham for all of her help changing a reservation. I've been changing reservations for a few hours now and she was the lucky one whom I gave the wrong date, amoung other issues that she helped me with . I think I called her 3 times in about 15 minutes ans she was so helpful and kind!! I can tell that she is this helpful all of the time and it was so refreshing to have a dose of great customer service. Thanks again!

Keep up the good work. Chris was helpful in getting me a room when the hotel was
almost full and I like the personal service I get at this hotel. The rooms are big
and great and the work area is nicer than most.

Dear Susan, I cannot express enough to you what a great experience this has been working with you. I know we posed many challenges and you dealt with them all, amazingly. Having you there made the hotel portion of my job a plea sent experience. You've bent over backwards for us and you should know that it is sincerely noticed, acknowledged and most greatly appreciated. The service you have provided is often expected by productions and folk of my kind, but is not-so-often delivered. You deliver. You rock.

Dear Mr. Rickey, I am writing this letter to sing the praises of Amy Sena, the young lady who managed that catering at the wedding reception of my daughter Emily on Saturday, July 7th, 2007. The reception was the first time I personally had attended any function at your hotel since the recent remodeling and name change. I must say that your staff has done a marvelous job in creating the atmosphere of a first rate and very classy establishment. In particular I want to single out Amy and her staff for the fantastic job they did for my daughter's reception. As I stated to Amy personally, the food was absolutely superb, being the best tasting food at a function of this type that I have ever had. .............Because Emily is my only daughter, my youngest child and the last of my three children to be married, it was important to my wife and me that her wedding and reception be very special. Thanks to Amy and her staff the reception was indeed a very special occasion. You can rest assured that I will highly recommend your establishment unconditionally to my friends and acquaintances at every opportunity.
