Spa Massage Package Policies: The Hotel Chimayo will rebate up to $100 per guest with Ten Thousand Waves proof of purchase of goods or services (discount not applied at Ten Thousand Waves) Rebate is good toward any treatment, service, retail purchase, including tax and gratuity and will be applied to the guest bill with copy of receipt from the spa (excludes the 50% charge to the guest for late cancellation penalty).
