2014 Acquired Eldorado Hotel & Spa in Santa Fe
2014 Palacio de Marquesa Taos Renovation complete and open
2013 Acquired Casa de las Chimineas Taos and converted to Palacio de Marquesa Taos 
2013 New resort pool and gardens added to Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces
2013 Garduños at Old Town opens at Hotel Albuquerque, patio and bar area renovation expansion
2013 Garduños Restaurant & Cantina opens at the Lodge at Santa Fe
2012 Garduños Restaurant & Cantina opens at Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces
2011 Heritage Hotels & Resorts Community Partnerships program formally rolled out
2011 Hotel Chimayo de Santa Fe renovation completed (Formerly Hotel Plaza Real) with Chimayo, New Mexico artwork and decor
2009 The new Hotel St. Francis in Santa Fe opens with Franciscan Missionary decor and theme
2009 Casa Esencia at Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town opens to be the premier event space in the Southwest with an ultra-modern interior in a 300-year old adobe hacienda
2007 QBar at Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town gallery room opens
2006 Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces renovation completed with a grand Spanish Colonial theme (Formerly Las Cruces Hilton)
2005 The new Lodge at Santa Fe renovation completed with a Native American art and decor theme (Formerly Radisson)
2005 Francescian Ballroom at Hotel Albuquerque renovated
2005 Nativo Lodge renovation completed (Formerly Wyndham Garden)
2005 Heritage Hotels & Resorts, Inc. established
2003 La Capilla de San Ysidro Wedding Chapel built and opens at Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town
2003 QBar opens at Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town
2000 Montezuma Ball was resurrected and re-established to be one of the premier events in New Mexico supporting various non-profit groups (Over $2 Million raised from now to 2014)
2000 Completion of first culturally distinct hotel: Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town celebrates the three cultures of Albuquerque (Spanish, Native American and Western)
1999 Idea to create culturally designed and authentic hotels is launched with the renovation of the Sheraton Old Town. Later to become Heritage Hotels & Resorts, Inc.
