Chef Colton Johnson - Agave Restaurant & Lounge
In April of 2019, Colten accepted the position of Restaurant Chef at Agave Restaurant & Lounge in the Eldorado Hotel & Spa in Santa Fe, NM. His approach to food is simple: taking classic dishes and cooking techniques and reinventing them in a way that is both exciting and new, yet approachable. Through his previous experiences, the New Mexico chef aims to explore the native cuisines of the area and bring a new approach to an exciting culinary community. Learn more.
Chef Jason Stewart
Chef Jason Stewart - Luminaria Restaurant & Patio
When the opportunity to return to the west and join the iconic Inn and Spa at Loretto arouse, Jason leapt at the opportunity. He is excited to continue to showcase his thoughtful cuisine as well as contribute to the vibrant Santa Fe culture. When not in the kitchen, Jason enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, and spending time with his partner and dog out on the trails. Learn more.
Chef Estevan Garcia
Chef Estevan Garcia - Estevan Restaurante
Chef Estevan Garcia, a native of Santa Fe, New Mexico, spent many years in Dixon, where at an early age began his passion for cooking.  While studying under the Franciscan Order for four years, he further developed the art of preparing old traditional native cuisine. He is a recognized originator of southwest regional cuisine and has been featured in major publications such as Gourmet, Bon Appetite and the New York Times. Learn more.

Chef Kathleen Crook - Market Steer Steakhouse
In 2018, Chef Crook returned to her native state of New Mexico as owner and executive chef of Market Steer Steakhouse. Here she will share her knowledge of beef, respect for fresh foods, and her own particular brand of joie de vivre with the Santa Fe foodie community. Learn more.
Chef Cristina Martinez
Chef Cristina Martinez - De la Tierra Restaurant
Cristina brought her talents back to New Mexico and held positions at Hotel Albuquerque, The Lodge at Santa Fe, Pueblo Harvest Café, and most recently, serving as the Executive Chef of the Artichoke Café for the past four years. Chef Cristina is generous with her time and talents and has participated in and won numerous charitable culinary events including Chef Knockout, Duke It Out, 505 Food Fight, and the Souper Bowl. In her limited spare time, Cristina enjoys the arts and explores her other talents as a painter, musician, and singer. Learn more.
